Ms. Kim obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree (with honours) from the University of Toronto and her Juris Doctorate (J.D.) law degree from St. John’s University School of Law (New York) in 1999.
Ms. Kim has practiced law in legal departments of international public corporations, private companies, financial investment companies, and for a boutique Wall Street law firm. She has advised clients in the areas of corporate and commercial law, intellectual property, employment law, and real estate matters. |

Ms. Kim has appeared before the New York Supreme Court, represented clients in arbitration matters before the American Arbitration Association, and conducted hearings before the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD).
Ms. Kim is admitted to practice law in Ontario and in New York. She is permitted to appear in all levels of the Ontario courts, the federal district courts and state courts of New York.
